Job summary

Roboticsexpertsindia is seeking a Salesforce Lead with 5–8 years of experience to design, develop, and implement AI-powered Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. You will lead a team of developers, architect scalable service frameworks, and drive intelligent automation across the platform.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to deliver enterprise-grade customer support platforms leveraging Salesforce, AI, chatbots, and modern automation technologies.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience designing, developing and implementing AI-powered Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Architect scalable case management and account-level summarization frameworks.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows, intelligent automation, and productivity solutions.
• Lead integration of chatbot platforms and RAG-based support within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop intelligent recommendation engines and automated responses for customer support operations.
• Design and optimize ticket routing, case assignment, escalation rules, and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams on scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution architecture reviews, and design workshops.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, coding best practices, security guidelines, and release governance.
• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Drive sprint planning, effort estimation, technical documentation, and delivery milestones.
• Support production deployments, release management, environment strategy, and post-production issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and maintain high system availability.

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Lead with 5–8 years of experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI‑powered Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning, integrations, and AI‑driven automation while leading a team of developers to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to build intelligent customer support platforms leveraging Salesforce, AI, chatbots, and modern automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and implementation of AI‑enabled Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Architect scalable case management and account‑level summarization frameworks.
• Design and implement AI‑assisted workflows, intelligent automation, and productivity solutions.
• Lead the integration of chatbot platforms and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)‑based support solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Develop intelligent recommendation engines and automated response capabilities for customer support operations.
• Design and optimize ticket routing, case assignment, escalation rules, approval processes, and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, solution architecture reviews, and design workshops.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, coding best practices, security guidelines, and release governance.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs).
• Experience designing scalable Salesforce architecture.
• Strong understanding of Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, and Automation.
• Experience integrating third‑party applications with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of AI‑powered Salesforce capabilities, Einstein AI, Agentforce, or similar intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience working with chatbot integrations and conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and governance.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
