Job summary

The Glove is seeking an experienced Salesforce IT Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions for Pricing & Contracting across the APAC region. Hybdrid work setup in Hyderabad with immediate joiners preferred.

Role requires strong CPQ expertise, Apex/LWC/Visualforce, and extensive integration experience to design scalable, compliant architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years IT experience with Salesforce architecture expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, MCA or related field.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM, pricing and contracting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and integration patterns.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, Visualforce and Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce pricing & contracting initiatives.
• Drive Salesforce CPQ implementation, including pricing models and quoting workflows.
• Architect and enhance contract repository solutions with data integrity.
• Design Tender Management and Tender Opportunity Pipeline solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce development and integrations.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance.
• Enable platform standardization and scalable solution design across APAC.

Salesforce IT Technical Architect CPQ & Contracting Salesforce Certification is Mandatory Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce IT Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions supporting Pricing & Contracting (P&C) initiatives across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce-based Pricing & Contracting initiatives.
• Drive Salesforce CPQ implementation, including pricing models, product configuration, quoting workflows, and approval processes.
• Architect and enhance Contract Repository solutions ensuring compliance, scalability, and data integrity.
• Design and implement Tender Management and Tender Opportunity Pipeline solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce development, integrations, and enterprise data architecture.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Enable platform standardization and scalable solution design across APAC regions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support Run & Grow operations with a focus on stability, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor development teams and enforce best practices in coding, architecture, and deployment.
• Define and document high-level solution architecture, integrations, workflows, and technical dependencies.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical governance, and strategic technology planning.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 to 12 years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce architecture expertise.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong experience in REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale CRM, pricing, and contracting solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing rules, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience leading complex cross‑functional technical initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed/global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or CPQ Specialist.
• Experience in Pricing & Contracting domains.
• Exposure to Tender Management or Bid Management processes.
• Experience working in APAC/global delivery models.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
