Job summary

Bytespoke is seeking an experienced Salesforce Integration Engineer to design, develop, and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications. The role emphasizes APIs, middleware, data synchronization, security, monitoring, and reliable end-to-end data exchange.

Responsibilities include building integrations with REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Platform Events, using MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or cloud services, and ensuring secure authentication and robust error handling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, CDC, and security.
• Experience with middleware platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or cloud integration services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and ERP, CRM, billing, finance, HR, marketing, and other systems.
• Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, Bulk, Composite, Metadata, Tooling APIs, Platform Events, and CDC.
• Create Apex callouts, triggers, batch jobs, Queueable, and integration services.
• Implement integrations using MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Azure Integration Services, or AWS, or equivalent middleware.
• Design data mappings, transformations, routing, orchestration, retries, and reconciliation.
• Implement secure authentication using OAuth, JWT, certificates, Named Credentials, and External Credentials.
• Set up monitoring, logging, error handling, retry, and recovery mechanisms.
• Optimize integration performance considering API limits, batching, asynchronous processing, and data volumes.
• Support testing, CI/CD, deployments, production troubleshooting, and L2/L3 support.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and external teams.
