Must-Have Technical & Functional Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in:
  • Salesforce Lightning Framework (LWC)
  • Apex & Visualforce
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
• Proven experience with Salesforce Order Management (SF OMS)
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Integrations, including:
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Middleware-based integrations
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with third-party SaaS and ERP systems
• Experience with WebMethods integration design and development
• Experience working with MuleSoft
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM & Sales/Service business processes
• Experience in Integration Testing (unit, system, end-to-end)
• Prior experience working as a Technical Lead / Team Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, technical teams, and customer IT teams to understand integration requirements
• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce integration architecture
• Define, design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce interfaces and integrations
• Create integration test plans, test cases, and execute integration testing
• Design and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance integrations following Salesforce best practices and governor limits
• Develop:
  • Data load processes
  • Point-to-point integrations
  • Middleware-based integrations (WebMethods / MuleSoft)
• Ensure compliance with security standards, scalability, and performance requirements
• Coordinate with customer application teams for interface setup, deployment, and support
