Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce DevOps Engineer with expertise in Copado and the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

4+ years of hands‑on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 2+ years of dedicated experience in Salesforce DevOps and release management.
Hold active Copado Administrator / Copado Fundamentals Certification, alongside a Salesforce Administrator certification.
Extensive experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab) and complex branching strategies.
Proven hands‑on expertise using Copado for automating Salesforce deployments, managing user stories, and maintaining deployment pipelines.
Strong understanding of the Salesforce Metadata API, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and package‑based deployment models.
Experience in troubleshooting deployment errors, resolving code conflicts, and maintaining the health of multiple sandbox environments.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Hold an active Salesforce Platform Developer I or Salesforce Development Lifecycle and Deployment Designer certification.
Experience integrating automated testing tools (Provar, Selenium) or code quality tools (PMD, SonarQube) into the Copado pipeline.
Bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
Experience with scripting languages (Bash, Python, PowerShell) for task automation.
Experience working with Agile project management tools like Jira and integrating them with Copado.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS is an asset.
Experience executing data migrations and using tools like Salesforce Data Loader or Copado Data Deploy.
