Job summary

PwC is seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Copado and Azure DevOps. You will automate deployments, enforce governance, and collaborate with development teams to define DevOps best practices within an Agile delivery model.

You will also manage source control workflows, support release management, integrate testing and security checks, and create documentation to upskill teams.

Qualifications

• 48 years of overall IT experience with 3+ years in Salesforce DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with Copado (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Git-based workflows (feature branching, pull requests, code review).
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and work item tracking.
• Familiarity with Salesforce metadata, SFDX, and package-based deployments.
• Knowledge of release management processes in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot deployment failures.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
