Job summary

NMDCON is seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer in Bengaluru to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. You will work on LWC, Apex, REST/SOAP integrations, and Flow automation while upholding security best practices and governance across the platform.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, strong knowledge of the Salesforce Security Model, and experience with DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Flow automation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (OWD, sharing, profiles, permissions).
• Experience with SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, and Salesforce architecture.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Developer with 4+ years of hands‑on experience to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in LWC, Apex, integrations (REST/SOAP), Flow automation, and platform security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• - Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
• - Build and consume REST and SOAP APIs for integrating Salesforce with external/third-party systems
• - Design and implement complex business automation using Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Scheduled)
• - Configure and maintain platform security — profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security, and role hierarchy
• - Write efficient, bulkified, and governor-limit-compliant Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Async Apex)
• - Participate in technical design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• - Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce coding best practices
• - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures
• - Collaborate with architects, admins, and QA teams across the SDLC
• - Maintain documentation for technical designs, integrations, and deployment processes

Required Skills

• - 4+ years of Salesforce development experience
• - Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch/Queueable/Schedulable Apex, Test classes)
• - Hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• - Experience building/consuming REST and SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and middleware concepts
• - Strong command over Flow Builder (Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, Scheduled Flows)
• - Solid understanding of Salesforce Security Model — OWD, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets
• - Experience with SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, and Salesforce object architecture
• - Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD deployment tools
• - Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization techniques

Good to Have
