We are excited to welcome a motivated professional to our growing CRM team. As a Salesforce CRM Developer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the ongoing management of our Salesforce system. Join our tight‑knit team of Salesforce experts and contribute to the development and realization of our overarching CRM strategy.

You will work closely with our technology and business teams to analyze requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support to ensure the efficient and effective use of Salesforce across our organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings
• Identify and gather requirements from stakeholders
• Create and customize objects, fields, layouts
• Create and maintain workflows, validation rules, etc.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs
• Provide end‑user technical support
• Conduct system monitoring
• Perform data import/export activities

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Strong technical skills in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and third‑party billing/tax engines (e.g., Avalara, Stripe).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization
• Experience with data management and data quality best practices
• Experience with user training and support
• Salesforce Developer certification is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities
