Job summary

Talent Sketchers LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions with emphasis on Sales Cloud. You will work with business stakeholders and international clients, with healthcare/Life Sciences exposure preferred.

Role requires 5+ years of Salesforce development, Apex, LWC, and strong knowledge of security models. Office-based in Pune (Talegaon Dabhade) with immediate joiner available, collaborating with UK & Germany teams.

Qualifications

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with deep Sales Cloud expertise to build and enhance solutions that support our business development and sales teams. You will work closely with business stakeholders and international clients, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in healthcare or life sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Sales Cloud
• Support business development processes: lead management, opportunity pipelines, forecasting, territory and account management
• Build Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations
• Gather requirements from business users and clients and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure solutions follow data security and compliance best practices
• Collaborate with UK and Germany-based stakeholders and clients
• Perform testing, deployment, and post-release support

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with very strong, hands‑on Sales Cloud expertise
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients
• Experience supporting business development or sales teams

Highly Preferred

• Domain experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences (pharma, medtech, providers, etc.)

Good to Have

• Knowledge of compliance requirements: HIPAA or GDPR
• Experience working with clients in the UK / Germany
• Experience with Conga or Salesforce CPQ (or similar quoting and contract tools)

Certifications

• Platform Developer I (PD1) or Platform Developer II (PD2)
