Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India – Hyderabad seeks a Salesforce Developer and Admin to manage Salesforce and AWS systems powering global seller operations. Build, maintain, and optimize platforms for millions of sellers registering and operating in the marketplace.

You will handle day-to-day Salesforce/AWS operations, integrate REST/SOAP APIs, and ensure security while delivering reliable customer experiences across our seller network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience in Service and Sales Cloud environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
• Excellent experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Python.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Experience with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature, SSL, web service proxies, firewall, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0).
• Experience with AWS services.

This role combines technical expertise with customer support, ensuring smooth experiences for third-party sellers registering and operating on Amazon's worldwide marketplace. You'll be instrumental in building and maintaining the technical infrastructure that enables millions of sellers to expand their businesses globally through Amazon's platform.

Key job responsibilities

• As a Salesforce Developer & Admin you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce and Amazon Web Services (AWS) systems. you will provide technical support to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, resolving issues with Salesforce and AWS.
• Consistently document root cause analysis steps and findings, recommended solutions.
