Job summary

Airtel in Gurugram invites a seasoned Salesforce Architect/Lead to guide design and delivery of scalable, secure CRM solutions. You will own architecture decisions, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust platforms.

You will lead development using Apex, Visualforce, and LWC, implement DevOps practices, ensure data security, and stay ahead of Salesforce releases.

• Lead development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools, setting coding standards and best practices

• Tackle challenging technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and scalability concerns
