Job summary

Globalpayer in Pune, India is seeking an InP - Software Engineer II to join the Sales Cloud team. You will develop and improve Salesforce-based systems, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations with Apptus.

You will analyze requirements and participate in architecture design to deliver scalable solutions. The role requires Salesforce DEV401/Platform Developer 1 and DEV501/Platform Developer 2 certifications, plus 5+ years in Salesforce development at a global/enterprise

Qualifications

• Salesforce development on a global/enterprise level.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Aura, LWC, APEX and Flows.
• API integrations and SSO knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Salesforce system by analyzing business, functional and technical requirements.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Clouds and CPQ; implement Apptus integrations.
• Participate in architecture design and development; ensure data quality and reporting.
• Administer setup including objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and security.

What you'll own

• In this role you will develop and improve the system through analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements. The role also involves being part of key architectural design and development which will require Salesforce CPQ and the use of Aura, LWC, APEX and Flows. Automation through capture forms directly within the Sales, Service and Community Clouds along with integrations. Administration of the system will be part of the role but the focus is on the development of the system in which we strive to be at the forefront of innovation in the Fin Tech space. Single Sign-on will be an evolving part of the role as we leverage Salesforce's Identity Management into other business critical portals. Last but not least you will develop reporting and key management information outputs to support the day-to-day running and long-term planning of the business.
• In this role you will develop and improve the system through analyzing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements
• Work with Technology and Product teams to understand sales processes and do software development in Salesforce Sales, Service, Community clouds along with Salesforce CPQ and Apptus applications
• Integrations into internal and external systems leveraging the latest API technologies and techniques
• Single Sign-on (SSO) creation, enhancing and maintaining across different portals and systems
• Development follows Agile practices with a global development team
• Optimize existing codebase and system architecture with a focus on increased efficiency and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to analyze proposed enhancements in functionality and provide analysis and solution design expertise
• Customize Salesforce to match business requirements assuring data quality
• You will administer setup, customization and configuration including but not limited to the following: standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, flows, user and security settings
• You will also support the day-to-day running of the business within Salesforce, which includes interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners

• Salesforce Developer DEV401/Platform Developer 1 certification
• 5+ years of Salesforce development / implementation on a global or enterprise level
• 5+ years Sales Cloud experience
• 5+ Years Service Cloud experience
