Qualifications

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have domain exposure to Equities, Private Credit, Debt Markets, Investments, Asset Management, or Financial Services and be capable of delivering solutions that enhance lead generation, customer engagement, business process automation, response management, and deal closure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform functionalities.
• Develop custom Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to streamline and automate lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong expertise in: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs and Integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes, lead management, and sales lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency in data migration and integration tools.

Preferred Experience

• Domain experience in: Equities, Private Credit, Debt Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, Investments, Capital Markets, Financial Services.
• Experience implementing solutions focused on: Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, Customer Response Management, Sales Pipeline Optimization, Business Process Automation, Opportunity Closure and Revenue Growth.
• Knowledge of Financial Services Cloud would be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
