Job summary

Synechron in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions. The role focuses on Equity/Financial services domains and building scalable platforms.

You will work on Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations to streamline lead-to-opportunity processes, enhance customer engagement, and automate business workflows across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL and integrations.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and sales lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications to support business growth and operational efficiency.

• Develop custom Lightning Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, Visualforce Pages, and integrations.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have domain exposure to Equities, Private Credit, Debt Markets, Investments, Asset Management, or Financial Services and be capable of delivering solutions that enhance lead generation, customer engagement, business process automation, response management, and deal closure efficiency.
