Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, build, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The role involves translating business requirements into effective technical solutions, optimizing CRM workflows, and supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

You will work with project managers and stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce applications, integrate external systems, and ensure data integrity across the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and customer-facing interfaces.
• Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and IDEs like VS Code, mavensMate, or Eclipse.
• Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) and integration techniques.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Custom Application Development: Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Database Management: Create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships; write SOQL queries; ensure data integrity and implement validation rules.
• Integration: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
• System Configuration: Configure Salesforce features, user roles, permissions, workflows, approval processes, and automation tools to align with business processes.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, and provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and user guides.
• Quality Assurance: Test the stability and functionality of applications, perform regular system audits, and prepare for upgrades.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and recommend process improvements to maximize platform efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
• Salesforce Certified App Builder, B2C Commerce Developer, or other relevant Salesforce certifications.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Heroku) and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
