Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. in Pune is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation.

You will work with business stakeholders and development teams to design scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP APIs, and declarative tools, while participating in data migration, deployment, and release management.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, and API integrations required.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce apps per business requirements.
• Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Develop with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable, and Scheduled Apex.
• Build modern UIs with LWC and Aura as needed.
• Configure declarative tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards.
• Participate in data migration, deployment, and release management.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integration, and implementation.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Integrations, Declarative Salesforce Capabilities, and CI/CD.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce Architects, QA teams, and development teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.


• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.


• Build modern Salesforce user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura where required.


• Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, and other declarative tools.


• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration mechanisms.


• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.


• Participate in data migration, deployment, and release management activities.


• Write unit tests and ensure development follows Salesforce coding standards and best practices.


• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical solutions.


• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.


• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers.


• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.


• 5–8 years of Salesforce Development experience.

• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud.


• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party systems.

• Experience with Salesforce deployments and version control using Git, Salesforce CLI, or DevOps Center.


• Good understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Platform Architecture.


• Experience writing Apex Test Classes and maintaining good code coverage.


• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or relevant Salesforce certifications.


• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.


• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
