Job summary

Ascendion Engineering seeks a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer/Lead to drive enterprise Salesforce initiatives, including advanced integrations, data security, and DevOps. You will lead design reviews, mentor teams, and deliver scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, MuleSoft, Copado/SFDX, and AI-driven automation.

Hybrid work mode with locations in India (Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune, etc.); shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST; immediate joiner or short notice period.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands-on Apex, Triggers, Async Processing & LWC.
• Strong knowledge of FLS/OLS, Sharing Rules & Data Security.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• REST/SOAP APIs & MuleSoft integrations.
• Git, CI/CD, Copado and/or SFDX.
• Strong automated unit testing approach.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce & Prompt Templates.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Lead with strong expertise in enterprise Salesforce development, integrations, security, DevOps, and AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Copado/SFDX, and Salesforce Agentforce.

• Develop and support integrations using MuleSoft and API-led connectivity.
