Job summary

Think People Solutions in Pune requires a Senior Software Engineer with strong Salesforce expertise to drive security models, data architecture, and platform configurations for scalable solutions.

You will develop Apex and Lightning components (Aura/LWC), validate & optimize performance, and manage deployments using Git, change sets, and SFDX, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Experience with Security levels & Access handling, Sharing & Visibility, Data modelling in Salesforce.
• OOTB features & configurations of Salesforce, Point & click customisations & automations (Lightning flows, Validation rules, Approval processes, Flexi pages).

To be successful as a Senior Software Engineer,you should have experience with:

• Security levels & Access handling, Sharing & Visibility, Data modelling in Salesforce.
• OOTB features & configurations of Salesforce, Point & click customisations & automations (Lightning flows, Validation rules, Approval processes, Flexi pages, etc).
• Programming in Apex,Aura,LWC (Must have good expertise in building, reviewing & maintaining clean high quality (following industry best practices) Apex classes, Apex triggers, Asynchronous apex, Apex test, Custom API, Integration processes, Aura, LWC pages.
• Source control tools using Git, Deployments (change-sets, sfdx/sf), Using org utilities like Developer Console & IDEs like VScode.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

• Salesforce Knowledge.
• Financial Service Cloud.
• Hands on experience in Force.com customization.
• Hands-on expertise of salesforce lightening Aura and LWC components.
• Very strong skills in Salesforce development technologies including;Advanced Apex (Triggers, Dynamic Apex) Advanced Visual force, Javascript.
