Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The role collaborates with project managers to translate business requirements into technical outcomes and to optimize CRM workflows during digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL, plus strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and customer-facing interfaces.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with tools like Visual Studio Code, mavensMate, or Eclipse.
• Strong understanding of database management, data migration tools, and integration techniques.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Database Management: Create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships; write SOQL queries; ensure data integrity.

• System Configuration: Configure Salesforce features, user roles, permissions, workflows, and automation tools.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as first line of defense for technical issues and train end-users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on processes, configuration, and user guides.
• Quality Assurance: Test stability and functionality; perform system audits and upgrades.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce features and suggest process improvements.

Job Brief

We are seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, optimize our CRM workflows, and support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the first line of defense for technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, and provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and user guides.
• Quality Assurance: Test the stability and functionality of applications, perform regular system audits, and prepare for upgrades.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and recommend process improvements to maximize platform efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and customer-facing interfaces.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.

• Familiarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Heroku) and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
