The role focuses on configuring Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and security settings, while also writing and testing Apex classes and triggers when needed. Strong communication in English and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and basic Apex development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proficiency with Flows, Validation Rules, Security/Sharing Settings.
• Basic to intermediate Apex development skills (triggers, classes, test methods).

Responsibilities

# Mid-Level Salesforce Developer## Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Salesforce Developer who is passionate about leveraging native configuration capabilities (approximately 90% of the workload) while also handling occasional custom coding in Apex (about 10%). This opportunity is ideal for an entry-to-mid-level professional who enjoys problem-solving with out-of-the-box Salesforce features and is comfortable diving into code when required. You will collaborate with a global team in an Agile environment to ensure timely delivery of both configuration and development tasks.Key Responsibilities1. Salesforce Configuration (Primary)• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions.• Manage user profiles, roles, and security settings in line with organizational policies.• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.2.
