We are seeking a skilled and autonomous Mid-Senior Salesforce Developer with 4 to 6 years ll Bangalore of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you won't just be executing tasks you will be a key problem-solver.

The ideal candidate possesses good technical expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, can solve direct use cases, and is comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to translate business problems into elegant, scalable technical realities.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution & Development:Independently design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform based on business requirements.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:Actively engage with stakeholders to understand pain points, clarify problem statements, and present technical solutions in a clear, non-technical manner.

3. End-to-End Ownership:Manage assigned tasks from inception through production deployment with minimal supervision, ensuring best practices are maintained.

4. Integration & Architecture:Build and maintain robust inbound and outbound integrations to connect Salesforce seamlessly with external systems.

Technical Requirements & Competencies

1. Core Development & Modern Frameworks

LWC & Aura: Strong proficiency in building reusable, high-performing components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the legacy Aura Framework.

Apex: Expert knowledge of advanced Apex development, specifically Apex Triggers (bulkified and framework-driven) and Asynchronous Apex (Queueable, Batchable, Future methods, and Schedulable).

Legacy Support: Good exposure to Visualforce Pages to maintain, optimize, or migrate legacy system components.

2. Clouds & Platform Architecture

Salesforce Lightning: Good understanding of the Lightning platform, including standard configuration, App Builder, and page layouts.

Sales Cloud: Proven experience implementing and customizing Sales Cloud functionalities (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, etc.).

Experience Cloud: Hands‑on experience building, configuring, and customizing digital experiences/communities for partners or customers.

3. Integration & Security

Data Integration: Demonstrated experience developing both Inbound and Outbound integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.

Security & Sharing Model: Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, including Organization‑Wide Defaults (OWD), Role Hierarchies, Sharing Rules, Manual Sharing, and Apex Managed Sharing.

4. DevOps & Release Management

CI/CD Pipeline: Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment tools.

Version Control: Hands‑on experience with version control systems, specifically GitLab, GitHub, or Bitbucket, managing branches, and resolving merge conflicts.

Soft Skills & Qualifications

1. Autonomy: Proven ability to operate independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in an agile environment.

2. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

3. Problem‑Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting complex system issues and solutioning direct use cases.

Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator) are a strong plus.
