Job summary

Tesslogs IT Solutions in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design scalable Salesforce solutions for IBM. You will lead architecture, develop complex Apex applications, and implement analytics solutions aligned with business needs.

The role focuses on data modeling, integration patterns using REST/SOAP, platform events, and DevOps practices. You will mentor teams, conduct code reviews, and establish CI/CD pipelines to ensure governance, security, and performance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture and platform development.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce Analytics Cloud / CRM Analytics and building datasets, dashboards, lenses, dataflows.
• Proven ability to design data models and integration architectures for Salesforce and external systems.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns; Platform Events and Change Data Capture.
• Ability to implement governance, security, performance, and best practices across projects.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical with strong expertise in Salesforce Analytics Cloud, Apex, Salesforce architecture, data integration, and platform development. The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable Salesforce solutions, developing complex Apex applications, and implementing analytics solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce technical architectures across enterprise applications.
• Develop complex business solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement and configure Salesforce Analytics Cloud / CRM Analytics solutions, including datasets, dashboards, lenses, and dataflows.
• Design data models and integration architectures for Salesforce and external systems.
• Develop Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and asynchronous processing solutions.
• Define integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions follow governance, security, scalability, performance, and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect / Technical Architect certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, and DevOps Center.
• Knowledge of Einstein / AI capabilities within Salesforce.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
