August Innovate is looking for a Salesforce Developer with 0–3 years of hands-on experience to design, build, test and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions in Bengaluru. You will work with senior developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable applications and integrations.

The role requires strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components, plus familiarity with security models and declarative tools. Collaboration and continuous learning are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC.
• Familiar with security model, declarative tools, and CI/CD basics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure Salesforce features including workflows, flows, validation rules, custom objects, and page layouts.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and adequate test coverage.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing Salesforce implementations.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 0–3 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce development (internships and academic projects count).
• Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model (profiles, roles, permission sets), and declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic CI/CD concepts.
• Good understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (or actively pursuing it).
• Exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
