Job summary

L&T Finance in Bengaluru is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to design scalable solutions and maximize business value using Salesforce features.

You will build custom applications with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and APIs, integrate systems via REST/SOAP, and participate in architecture reviews to ensure best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Provide innovative solutions by leveraging Salesforce declarative features such as Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules, and Reports/Dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution architecture and design reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
• Develop robust integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.
• Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and provide documentation for developed components.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, evaluating their applicability to ongoing projects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and bulkification.
