Job summary

Covetus in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer to lead the design, build, and configuration of Data Cloud (Data 360) solutions. You will be the primary technical contact, guiding teams through ingestion, identity resolution, and activation use cases while aligning with enterprise standards.

• Data Transforms and Calculated Insights (SQL) expertise.
• Ability to develop maintainable and scalable data solutions.

• Experience with APIs, event data, and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) implementations.
• Own solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture.
• Act as escalation point for complex data, identity, and performance issues.
• Ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and data governance.
• Review Data Streams, Data Models, Transforms, Calculated Insights, Segments built by the team.
• Conduct technical reviews, provide feedback, and enforce coding/data standards.
• Guide teams on data modeling, DMOs, and relationship design.
• Drive UAT, go-live readiness, and post-production optimization.
• Support defect resolution and optimization activities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs.
• Provide effort estimates, delivery plans, and status updates to leadership.
