The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, Customer 360, CRM Analytics, and enterprise data architecture. This role requires technical leadership, solution design expertise, strong stakeholder collaboration, and experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Data Cloud Development

• 1. Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for enterprise customer data management.
• 2. Configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution.
• 3. Develop calculated insights, segmentation, and activation strategies within Data Cloud.
• 4. Build unified customer profiles using Customer 360 Data Model.
• 5. Configure data ingestion from Salesforce clouds and external enterprise systems.
• 6. Design data harmonization, mapping, transformation, and deduplication processes.
• 7. Develop activation workflows for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms.
• 8. Optimize Data Cloud performance for large-scale customer datasets. 9. Troubleshoot Data Cloud ingestion, identity resolution, and activation issues.
• 10. Ensure Data Cloud solutions comply with enterprise governance, security, and privacy standards.

• 1. Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Flow.
• 2. Customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements.
• 3. Configure Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Knowledge, Omni Channel, Entitlements, and Service Console.
• 4. Develop automation using Flow, Process Builder (where applicable), Apex Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• 5. Implement approval processes, assignment rules, escalation rules, and validation rules.
• 6. Design custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning Record Pages.
