Job summary

Evoke HR is seeking a Salesforce specialist with hands-on experience in EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog), CPQ, or Order Management (OM). You will develop end-to-end solutions, configure systems, and provide ongoing support in telecom or industry cloud environments.

Applicants should be proficient in Salesforce Industries, Apex/SOQL, and have familiarity with LWC/Aura and Omni Scripts. REST/SOAP integrations and catalog modeling know-how are highly desirable.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/OmniStudio) in EPC/CPQ or Order Management.
Hands-on development experience in Apex and SOQL.
Familiarity with LWC or Aura components (basic awareness or hands-on).
Working knowledge of Omni Scripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors.
Experience integrating Salesforce with REST/SOAP services.
Understanding of product lifecycle, catalog modeling, pricing and configuration.

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end solutions in telecom/industry cloud environments.
Configure and support EPC/CPQ/OM features in Salesforce.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP.
Assist with catalog modeling, pricing, and configuration workflows.
