Job summary

InnovTrove Technologies is hiring a Senior Salesforce CPQ Specialist to lead end-to-end CPQ implementations, from requirements and design to deployment. You will manage product catalog configurations, pricing rules, templates, approvals, and subscription lifecycle, while collaborating with analysts and IT stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on CPQ work, complexQuote-to-Cash processes, and ongoing optimization of CPQ solutions within Revenue Cloud contexts.

Qualifications

5+ years of overall experience in Salesforce and 3+ years hands-on Salesforce CPQ.
End-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation experience including requirements, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
Experience with greenfield CPQ implementations, not just maintenance.
Strong competence in Product Catalog, Bundles, Options and Configuration.
Hands-on with Pricing, Discounts, QLE, Rules and Templates.
Experience with Approvals, Advanced Approvals and Quote Templates.
Experience with Amendments, Renewals and Subscription products.
Understanding of Orders, Contracts and Quote-to-Cash processes.
Troubleshooting CPQ configuration, pricing and quoting issues.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects and Data management.

Job description

Experience: 5+ years of overall experience in Salesforce & 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ.

Key Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ Administration and Configuration.
Must have end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation experience, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.
Should have worked on greenfield / end-to-end CPQ implementations and not primarily on production support or maintenance projects.
Strong experience with Product Catalog, Product Bundles, Product Options and Product Configuration.
Hands-on experience with Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Pricing and Quote Line Editor (QLE).
Strong experience with Quote Templates, Approval Processes and Advanced Approvals.
Hands-on experience with Amendments, Renewals and Subscription Products.
Good understanding of Orders, Contracts and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving CPQ configuration, pricing and quoting issues.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Fields and Relationships.
Good understanding of Data Loader / Workbench and Salesforce data management.
Experience working with Business Analysts, Sales Operations, Product and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into CPQ solutions.
Good understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes.
Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) is preferred.
Candidates with strong Salesforce CPQ fundamentals but limited RLM experience can be considered, provided they demonstrate the ability to ramp up quickly.
Experience with Salesforce Billing, Subscription, Order or Contract lifecycle will be an added advantage.
