Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CLM Data QA Testing Engineer with 5+ years

of experience in software quality assurance, Salesforce application testing, contract

lifecycle management, and data validation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience testing Salesforce-integrated CLM platforms, validating contract data,

performing data migration testing, and ensuring data integrity across Salesforce and

connected enterprise applications.

The candidate will be responsible for validating contract records, metadata, document

associations, contract lifecycle workflows, data mappings, business rules, and

integrations between Salesforce and CLM platforms such as Conga CLM, Icertis,

DocuSign CLM, Sirion, or equivalent solutions.

The role requires strong experience in functional testing, data quality testing, source-

to-target reconciliation, SQL/SOQL-based validation, API testing, System Integration

Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing. The candidate

should understand Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, automation, security, and

data models, along with CLM processes covering contract creation, review, approval,

execution, amendments, renewals, and termination.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Salesforce developers, CLM consultants,

business analysts, data engineers, integration teams, and business stakeholders to

identify data discrepancies, validate system behavior, investigate defects, and ensure

accurate and reliable contract information throughout the contract lifecycle.
