Job summary

Coforge in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our hybrid team. The role requires 6-12 years of experience and hands-on CPQ expertise, with Salesforce administrator or BA certifications preferred.

You will work with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions, and ensure delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven experience as Salesforce BA or similar role
• Salesforce Administrator or BA certifications required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of CPQ software platform
• Proficient in JIRA and advanced Excel

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements for Salesforce CPQ
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement CPQ solutions
• Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity and system integration
• Facilitate requirements gathering and workshops
