Job summary

Quadrafort Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will analyze workflows, design automations, and deliver dashboards that inform decision-making.

The role requires strong stakeholder collaboration and a focus on governance and security. You will lead workshops, train users, and ensure alignment between business units and the Salesforce delivery team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in Salesforce-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements using Salesforce automation.
• Utilise Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision‑making.
• Collaborate with developers to implement integrations and custom solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide training to end‑users and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes.
• Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Act as the primary liaison between business units and the Salesforce delivery team.
• Lead workshops, demos, and training sessions for end‑users and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Define reporting and dashboard requirements to support business decision‑making.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance across Salesforce orgs.

Requirements.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reporting tools.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a Salesforce-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (preferred).
• Ability to identify gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Strong verbal and written skills to interact with clients and teams.
