Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce B2B commerce cloud Architect to lead the Equipment ordering and lifecycle management for the Onboarding module. An ideal candidate should have extensive experience in handling B2B commerce cloud based Salesforce Solutions and Architecture, strong technical expertise in key Salesforce products, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver technical excellence.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture:
• Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that meet customer business requirements.
• Develop solution blueprints encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and custom development.
• Conduct requirements workshops, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership:
• Guide the development and configuration of Salesforce components, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
• Provide oversight on all phases of project implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with best practices and quality standards.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and optimization efforts for Salesforce solutions.
• Customer Collaboration:
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, understanding their goals and challenges.
• Recommend innovative Salesforce capabilities to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.
• Present technical designs, strategies, and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
• Governance & Best Practices:
• Define standards and best practices for Salesforce development and implementation.
• Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance for Salesforce solutions.
• Implement DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.
• Team Development:
• Mentor and coach developers, administrators, and other technical team members.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration within the customer environment.

Required Qualifications

Experience, Skills and Qualifications Required

• Experience:
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in a B2B Commerce cloud Solution Architecture or Technical Architect capacity.
• Hands‑on expertise in B2B commerce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions for large‑scale implementations.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, security models, and integration patterns.
• Experience with custom development, system integrations, and AppExchange products.
• Certifications:
• Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with industry-specific implementations in domains like Retail, Manufacturing, or Payments.
• Familiarity with Field Service Lightning best practices, including scheduling and optimization.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
