Job summary

Saisystems Technology is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect in India to lead enterprise-grade implementations. You will design scalable architectures, govern integration strategies, and mentor developers across teams.

The role requires 7+ years in IT, hands-on Salesforce expertise across Sales, Service and Experience Clouds, plus security, data, and DevOps best practices. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with Salesforce architecture and enterprise deployments.
• Hands-on experience in design, development, integrations and governance.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; Marketing Cloud desirable.
• Expertise in data modeling, LDV, data migration, external objects, and MDM.
• Security, access management, OAuth, SSO, Shield.
• DevOps, CI/CD, Salesforce DX, automated deployments, Copado/Gearset.
• Leadership: architecture reviews, documentation, mentoring.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Salesforce architectures for enterprise deployments.
• Lead integration projects using REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, and middleware.
• Oversee data strategy, LDV handling, migration and data quality.
• Establish governance, code reviews, and architectural documentation.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide development teams.

Salesforce Architect Must-Have Skills

Experience: 7+ years of overall IT experience, with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, development, integrations, and enterprise implementations.

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Salesforce Architecture: Enterprise-level solution architecture, scalable and secure system design, technical governance, and architecture best practices.
• Salesforce Clouds: Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience is highly desirable.
• Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, triggers, asynchronous Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Integration Architecture: REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, middleware integration, event-driven architecture, Platform Events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Data Architecture: Data modeling, data migration, data quality, large data volumes (LDV), external objects, and master data management.
• Security & Access Management: Profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, CRUD/FLS, OAuth, SSO, and Salesforce Shield.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Salesforce DX, Git, automated deployments, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• Technical Leadership: Architecture reviews, design documentation, technical decision-making, code reviews, and mentoring development teams.
• Non-Functional Requirements: Performance optimization, scalability, availability, reliability, and compliance.
• Stakeholder Management: Translating business requirements into technical solutions and collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
