You will design scalable integrations across ERP and reporting systems, guide development with LWC and Apex, and collaborate with business analysts and clients to translate requirements into robust architecture.

This role combines onsite and offshore delivery, with strong emphasis on problem solving, RCA, and driving best practices across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Total 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Platform development and architecture.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Platform, API integrations and architecture decisions.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Community Cloud platforms and certifications.
• Proven track record in delivering large enterprise projects for Fortune 500 clients.
• Strong knowledge of LWC and Apex development, system integration, and security.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and design technical specifications.
• Lead enterprise Salesforce projects with on-site and offshore teams.
• Provide RCA and bug fixes; lead troubleshooting efforts.

Relevant Experience : (In Yrs) Total 10 + years in Salesforce Platform Developer Technical/Functional Skills Salesforce Platform, API and Integration implementations Salesforce Technical Architect certifications Experience Required Certified Salesforce Architect or Platform Developer Hands on Sales Cloud and Community Cloud Platform, API, and Integration implementations for Fortune 500. Hands on implementation experience from proposal, design, dev to delivery Development experience on LWC, Apex. Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices. Lead large scale enterprise projects (customer facing, eComm)o Experience with cloud-based applicationstion Has worked closely with business analysts to make the bridge between the function and technical team.o Understands the importance and is able to design Salesforce solutions integrated in the IT application landscape (example: integrations to ERP & reporting systems) Client facing experience - understand Clients requirements then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Salesforce solution to design an optimal solution for business process.
