NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join our Bangalore team. The role focuses on hands-on Salesforce development with Agentforce exposure, building Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations to support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, work in an Agile environment, and participate in testing, deployments and production support, delivering continuous Salesforce enhancements.

We are looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Developer with hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and exposure to Agentforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Salesforce Agentforce solutions and automations.


• Customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.


• Build Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.


• Support case, lead, opportunity, and knowledge management processes.

Required Qualifications
