Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to join our Bangalore-based team in a hybrid setup.

You will build, integrate, automate, and support secure, compliant customer engagement solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, hands-on implementation experience, Pardot knowledge, and Agile or Scrum familiarity.

• Pardot experience
• Agile or Scrum experience
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certifications required; additional certifications like Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Cloud, Personalization, responsive email development are a plus

We are currently seeking a Sr.Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Basedin Bangalore in a hybrid arrangement, this role seeks an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineer to build, integrate, automate, and support secure, compliant, and scalable customer engagement solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

• Marketing automation development: The engineer will develop and support solutions using SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Data Extensions, including customer journeys, triggered communications, segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and reusable automation assets.


• Integrations and governance: Responsibilities include supporting Marketing Cloud Connect and Salesforce CRM synchronization, building REST and SOAP API integrations, managing data models and subscriber processes, and maintaining deliverability, consent, privacy, security, and governance practices covering SPF, DKIM, DMARC, GDPR, CCPA, and CAN‑SPAM.


• Qualifications and delivery expectations: Candidates need 3 to 5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including at least 2 years of hands‑on implementation, relevant platform and integration expertise, Pardot experience, Agile or Scrum experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Required certifications are Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer; preferred credentials and experience include Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Cloud, Personalization, responsive email development, and enterprise marketing automation.
