Job summary

Aaradhya Group is seeking a Sales Trainee – SAPL to visit dealers, retailers, and farmers within the assigned territory. You will promote seed products, conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations, and strive to achieve sales targets.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience and a willingness to travel. Two-wheeler and driving licence are preferred. This is a field sales position based in Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications

• Must have B.Sc. Agriculture or Diploma in Agriculture.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/agribusiness.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
