Job summary

Maersk in Pune is seeking a frontline sales specialist to manage a small customer portfolio and drive sales administration and stakeholder communications. You will engage with customers, analyze needs, and help grow share of wallet while coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

The role requires 3–6 years in frontline shipping sales, excellent communication, and a graduate degree, with opportunities for growth and international exposure within Maersk.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for sales administration and transactional activities related to sales.
• Support the team by managing email communications and internal cases received from customers and stakeholders, including Customer Success Partners, Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, Sales Operations, Disputes, and CX teams.
• Respond to customers in line with business requirements. Analyze various segments to sustain volumes and identify opportunities to increase share of wallet.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and deliver solutions aligned with customer and segment needs.
• Engage effectively with frontline sales and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and ensure quick resolution of issues.
• Analyze customer feedback from multiple channels to identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records in systems related to sales activities, ensuring correct and consistent data management.
