Job summary

IFF in Hyderabad is seeking a driven Sales Support professional to partner with Account Managers, capture briefs, and manage activities across SAP/CRM. You will help prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiations while ensuring pricing accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service or Commercial Operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes, including pricing, margin management and forecasting,
• Ability to navigate complex business environments and work effectively within a global matrix organization.
• Experience supporting multinational customers, preferably within FMCG/Consumer Goods or Global Key Account environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Ensure seamless alignment between brief to win and order fulfillment process.

• Handle various internal and external inquires with fast responses.
• Ensure timely communication with internal and external customers.
