Job summary

RHI Magnesita, a global leader in refractories, seeks a proactive Sales Refractories Services Supervisor/Clerk to manage on-site operations at our steel plant site in India. The role requires coordinating shifts, ensuring safety and liaising with customers and RHIM team members.

Candidates should hold a diploma in ceramics, metallurgy, or industrial engineering with at least five years of steel plant refractory experience, including ladle and furnace linings, and strong manpower handling and

• Diploma in ceramics, metallurgy, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in steel plant refractories.
• Experience with ladle lining, furnace lining, and related operations.
• Experience in manpower handling and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and adhere to site safety rules and PPE for self and workforce.
• Manage shift and coordinate with customer, RHIM team members and other resources.
• Adhere to the SOW for respective aggregates and report deviations.
• Attend On-Site discussions and problems; prepare preliminary technical reports.
• Monitor product performance.

We are seeking a candidate with relevant knowledge of handling shift in site services specially with good knowledge of furnace, ladle lining Refractories in steel plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for execution of the timeline specific job, communication between the teams, handling manpower etc. Sincerity & self-motivated guy is the primary requirement

Qualifications & Skills :

• Diploma in related fields like ceramics, metallurgy, Industrial Engineering etc.
• Min 5 years of experience in Steel plant refractory with basic knowledge about Steel making process, ladle lining, furnace lining & operations, maintenance etc.
• Manpower handling in shifts, communication within the team, interact with customer whenever needed.
• Ability to work within the team in dynamic working environment.

Your role
