Job summary

RHI Magnesita in India (Mukand- Thane) is seeking a proactive Supervisor- Sales Refractory services to manage our field operations and coordinate with customers and internal teams. The role is full-time and based on site.

You will drive safety adherence, oversee shifts, report deviations, and contribute to ongoing service improvements. A diploma in ceramics/metallurgy/industrial engineering and 5 years in steel plant refractory are required, with ability to work in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related fields like ceramics, metallurgy, Industrial Engineering.
• Min 5 years of experience in steel plant refractory with knowledge about steel making process, ladle lining, furnace lining & operations.
• Manpower handling in shifts, communication within the team, interact with customer whenever needed.
• Ability to work within the team in dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities

• Enforce & adhere to site safety rules & PPEs for self & workforce.
• Manage shift & coordinate with customer, RHIM team members & other resources
• Adhere to the SOW for respective aggregates & report in case of deviations.
• Attending On Site Discussion / problems, preparing preliminary technical reports.
• Monitor product performance.
