Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Sales Order Management Junior Analyst to manage the end-to-end order flow for our customers, ensuring orders are created or processed in SAP, released on time, and delivered as allocated. You will be the primary point of contact for the Key Account team and 3PL partners, balancing speed with accuracy.

This role requires 2–4 years in a similar function, fluency in English, and readiness for night shift (7:30 PM–4:30 AM).

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Night shift work (7:30 PM–4:30 AM) comfortable.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales orders and ensure correct processing in SAP.
• Collaborate with 3PL and retailers to secure delivery slots.
• Handle invoicing, credit management, and disputes.
• Provide POC for order book issues and direct inquiries.
• Support reverse logistics and refunds when needed.
• Monitor order book with market and 3PL to maintain outbound capacity.
• Identify problems and propose solutions.

Reporting to the Sales Order Associate Manager, the Sales Order Management Junior Analyst manages the end-to-end order flow for our customers’ orders.

About The Role

• Retail customer order management: ensure EDI integration processed or orders created manually.
• Releasing orders for delivery in line with any allocations provided.
• Securing booking slots and arrange deliveries on time.
• Being the POC for Key Account team, 3PL and retailers on all order book issues
• Retail customer credit management, pricing management, and management of related disputes/charges
• Manage Retail order book with market & 3PL to ensure outbound capacity
• Processing eCommerce orders in SAP, ensuring order correctness and completeness for delivery creation where not covered by the contact centre
• Managing any direct order queries, where not covered by the Contact Centre. POC for Contact Centre on direct delivery queries. Investigation and feedback on last mile failures
• Direct and indirect reverse logistics management. Guaranteeing returned orders are completed on time, customers are refunded, stock is reconciled, and error/fraud in exchanges are fixed
• Ensure Invoicing process is complete and on time and resolve related issues
• Manage other sales streams: Proforma orders, sample orders, new starter machines, B2B
• Relish the opportunity to pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.

About you

• A proven experience of 2-4 years in similar role in other organization.
• Comfortable to work in night shift (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
• Understanding of sales order processing and tools
• Fluent in English
• Bechlore/MBA degree required
• 3PL, Logistics and transportation SAP Systems knowledge
• Good analytical skills and attention to details
• Ability to process hight volumes of invoices with high accuracy.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Have a ‘Can-do’ attitude, highly self-motivated and deadline driven.
• Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.
• Working in a fast-paced team environment with high volume activities and changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills
