Job summary

Chart Industries in Pune, India seeks a seasoned analytics/CRM professional to manage CRM/Salesforce and D365 processes, maintain master data, and drive KPI reporting. You will convert data into visuals to support the sales organization with timely insights.

Responsibilities include training, data reconciliation, invoice coordination, and monthly forecasting with BI tools like Power BI. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, BBA, or Management with 5–10 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentations.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask independently.

Responsibilities

• Review CRM/Salesforce accounts to ensure major decision-maker contacts are up to date.
• Monitor & assign web inquiries to stakeholders; escalate delays as needed.
• Train new joiners on CRM/Salesforce and D365 (Projects).
• Monthly updates of Customer Master Data.
• Reconcile order bookings with D365; coordinate changes with global team.
• Create new customer entries in D365.
• Create new order bookings in D365 aligned with customer orders and milestones.
• Raise invoice proposals and coordinate with finance for invoice creation.
• Monitor projects/sales orders until completion or closure.
• Act as Process Owner for D365; clarify queries with projects team and global team.
• Monthly reconciliation of order bookings with BI & CRM data.
• Report KPI deployment monthly for the sales team.
• Generate monthly OREC and Power BI reports; revalidate with finance.
• Analyze YOY performance by segment/vertical/RSM; consolidate forecasts vs. actuals.
• Convert data into visuals (charts, graphs, dashboards); ensure clarity and storytelling.
• Create high-quality PPTs for management reviews and client meetings.

What Will You Do?

• Review the CRM/ Salesforce Accounts to ensure the contacts for major decision makers are updated
• Monitoring & assigning the web enquires to the respective stakeholders and elevate in case of any delays in response (Escalation Matrix & response time to be discussed).
• Provide training to new joiners on CRM / Salesforce & D365 (Projects).
• Monthly updating of Customer Master Data.
• Reconciliation between Order Booking and D365. In case of discrepancies, the necessary changes shall be updated in coordination with global team.
• Creating new Customer entries in D-365.
• Creating new order bookings in D-365 in line with customer order, milestone payment mapping
• Raising Invoices proposals and coordination with finance for invoice creation
• Monitoring project /Sales order till completion or closure
• As a Process owner for D-365, responsible to clarify the queries raised by projects team and coordinate with global team
• Reconciliation of the order booking on monthly basis w.r.t BI & CRM booking/ DM sheet to ensure the reports tally on all fronts
• Reporting on KPI deployment on monthly basis for the whole sales team and highlight in case there needs to be any reminders.
• Generating monthly OREC and Power BI reports and revalidating with finance
• YOY business performance and analysis segment /vertical / RSM
• Consolidating monthly forecast and actuals
• Convert data into visuals (charts, graphs, dashboards), Maintain clarity, storytelling, and professional design
• Create high-quality PPTs for management reviews, client meetings, and internal discussions

Your Experience Should Be...

• Bachelor’s degrees in (BBA), Business Analytics, or Management with 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
