Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a senior sales professional to drive water infrastructure opportunities across India and manage end-to-end channel partnerships. The role focuses on growing revenue, handling tenders, and delivering integrated ChartWater solutions in municipal and industrial sectors.

You will leverage a deep market network, execute strategic account plans, and coordinate with engineering, product, and support teams to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, environmental, or related discipline.
  • 8–12 years of experience in water, wastewater, industrial utilities, environmental technologies, process equipment, industrial services, or related solution selling.
  • Demonstrated experience in industrial water, wastewater, water reuse, sustainability, or ZLD applications is preferred.
  • Strong network within municipal and industrial water sectors in India.
  • Candidates with broad water industry experience and strong treatment-process knowledge will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy to achieve annual revenue, order intake & profitability targets.
  • Generate business opportunities across Municipal Water, Industrial Water, Wastewater Treatment, Water Reuse and ZLD.
  • Promote the full Chart Water portfolio including AdEdge, BlueInGreen, and Howden water technologies.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities in industrial & Municipal water infrastructure projects.
  • Develop relationships with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, utilities, regulatory bodies, and channel partners
  • Drive specification positioning and early project engagement for ChartWater solutions.
  • Manage techno-commercial proposals, tenders, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Support consultant approvals, channel development, and key account management activities.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline.
  • Support project execution, customer satisfaction, and aftermarket growth initiatives.
