HDFC Bank Limited is seeking a Sales Officer for Retail Assets - LAS and EL, located PAN India. The role focuses on acquiring LAS & EL clients, following up with existing customers, and driving lead generation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales or banking experience, strong communication, and the ability to visit branches to maximize opportunities. Graduation with 50%+ is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire new LAS & EL clients and meet monthly productivity benchmarks.
• Follow up with existing LAS customers for enhancement cases.
• Call clients daily for reminders and follow-ups.
• Visit and engage with assigned branches to maximize lead generation.
• Ensure timely closure of generated leads and prompt customer service.
• Cross-sell CASA, FD, and TPP products.

Job Purpose:

Provide adequate support to branches by timely updating leads shared by them.

Job Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities (Productivity Benchmark):

Acquire new LAS & EL clients and meet monthly productivity benchmarks.

Speak and follow up with existing LAS customers for enhancement cases.

Call clients daily for reminders and follow-ups.

Branch Visit & Engagement:

Visit and manage assigned branches.

Constantly engage with RM, PB, and other Branch staff for maximum lead generation.

Attend and ensure timely closure of generated leads.

Documentation collection and file login at Local Ops/RAOPS.

Provide prompt service for any customer queries Pre and Post sales.

Create LAS product awareness & lead generation through marketing activities like pamphlet distribution via LAS Camps in Corporates, Loan Melas/carnivals.

Cross-Sell:

Cross-sell Asset and Liability products: CASA & Fixed Deposit.

Cross-sell TPP products: Life and Non-Life Insurance.

FTNR:

Login FTR files at Local Ops/RAOPS.

Follow up with Local Ops/RAOPS to ensure timely disbursement of cases, avoiding end-of-month delays.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate and Post Graduate with a minimum of 50% Marks.
