Job summary

Yes Bank in Pune is seeking a customer acquisition professional to drive CASA accounts and higher CASA variants, with a focus on sourcing, activation, and cross-selling financial products.

You will build relationships with customers, ensure KYC compliance, and adhere to risk policies while contributing to monthly MIS reporting. The role is on-site in Maharashtra, requiring adherence to Yes Personality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)
• Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants
• Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)
• Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
• Maintaining good relationship with the customers
• Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines
• Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
• Comply with Banks policies and processes
• Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
• Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer\'s assets
• Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
