Job summary

SkyPoint Cloud in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Operations Intern to support sales, marketing, lead management, and events. You will gain hands-on exposure to CRM operations, lead management, and client communication while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You’ll manage data in HubSpot, coordinate campaigns, and assist in planning events, campaigns, and branding initiatives, learning AI-powered tools and strategies along the way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage, clean, and regularly update lead and customer data in HubSpot CRM.
• Manage incoming leads from the Skypoint website, events, campaigns, and other channels.
• Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.
• Schedule client calls, product demos, and follow-up meetings.
• Support day-to-day sales operations, pipeline tracking, and client coordination.
• Assist with email outreach and follow-up campaigns for prospects and leads.
• Support social media and branding activities, including LinkedIn posts, campaigns, and marketing content.
• Assist in planning and coordinating Skypoint events, webinars, conferences, and industry events.
• Manage event invitations, registrations, attendee communication, and post-event follow-ups.
• Coordinate with internal teams, prospects, clients, partners, and external vendors as required.
• Take ownership of assigned operational tasks and ensure timely completion.

About the Role

Skypoint is looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Operations Intern to support our sales, marketing, lead management, and event activities.

This is a hands-on internship where you will gain practical exposure to CRM operations, lead management, sales coordination, marketing campaigns, client communication, social media, and event management. You will work closely with different teams and contribute to real business initiatives.
