Job summary

SkyPoint Cloud Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) in Bengaluru to craft intuitive, scalable experiences across our AI-powered SaaS products. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI teams to translate complex requirements into engaging interfaces.

You will drive end-to-end design for dashboards, workflows, and data-heavy forms, building reusable components and contributing to the design system. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-onProduct Design/UI/UX experience.
• Strong expertise in Figma including Auto Layout, components, and design systems.
• Experience designing dashboards, workflows, forms, tables, and data-heavy interfaces.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

About the Role

Skypoint is looking for an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) to design intuitive, modern, and scalable experiences across our AI-powered and SaaS products.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, AI teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into simple, engaging, and user-friendly product experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process for new features and product enhancements.
• Understand business requirements, user needs, and workflows and translate them into intuitive product experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Design clean, modern, responsive interfaces for web-based SaaS applications.
• Simplify complex enterprise workflows, dashboards, forms, reports, and data-heavy experiences.
• Design experiences for AI-powered features, copilots, conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows.
• Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to the overall design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams from requirement gathering through implementation.
• Provide clear design specifications, interaction states, and edge cases to developers.
• Conduct design reviews and UI/UX QA to ensure accurate implementation.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and continuously improve product experiences.
• Ensure consistency, usability, responsiveness, and accessibility across products.

Must-Have Skills

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong experience designing dashboards, workflows, forms, tables, reports, and complex interfaces.
• Ability to understand ambiguous or complex requirements and convert them into simple user experiences.
• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good understanding of modern web and mobile design patterns.
• Ability to independently own designs and work effectively with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience designing AI, Generative AI, conversational AI, copilots, or agentic applications.
• Experience with healthcare, health-tech, or enterprise technology products.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, React, and front-end development concepts.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Experience working in a fast-paced product environment.
