• Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery for weddings, festivals, gifting, and other occasions.
• Support the sales process by explaining product options, handling customer queries, and helping convert enquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Follow up with prospective customers regarding their enquiries, product preferences, and purchase decisions.
• Support promotional activities, festive campaigns, and showroom marketing initiatives.
• Assist in maintaining customer records and updating sales enquiries in the company's system, where applicable.
• Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure proper product display, presentation, and availability.
• Stay updated on jewellery designs, trends, new collections, and ongoing offers.
• Maintain professional behaviour and ensure a welcoming, organised, and customer-friendly showroom environment.
