Job summary

Miros Hotels & Resorts in Delhi is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade business for our hotels. You will engage in proactive prospecting, handle inbound inquiries, and coordinate with Reservations, Revenue, and Operations to convert leads into bookings.

The role requires travel across cities, representation at industry events, and maintenance of key accounts to grow revenue year over year.

Key Responsibilities

Proactive Sales

• Identify, develop, and acquire new corporate, MICE, leisure, and travel trade business for assigned hotel locations.
• Actively prospect through sales calls, cold calling, networking events, roadshows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and key partners.
• Prepare and execute segment-wise sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
• Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis.

Reactive Sales

• Handle incoming sales inquiries, leads within defined turnaround times.
• Prepare commercial proposals, rate contracts, and negotiate terms to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Reservations, Revenue, Operations) to ensure seamless conversion of leads.
• Follow up on all leads to ensure high conversion ratios.

Multi-Location / Cluster Management

• Manage sales activities for multiple hotel properties across different locations.
• Balance demand across hotels to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Represent all assigned hotels consistently during client interactions and promotions.
• Support central sales initiatives and cross-sell hotel properties within the cluster.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain assigned key accounts and ensure account growth year-on-year.
• Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Resolve client issues proactively in coordination with hotel operations.

Travel & Market Representation

• Travel extensively to assigned cities and markets for sales calls and business development.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade fairs, and networking platforms.
• Strengthen brand presence in target markets.

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and client data in CRM systems.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity and revenue reports.
• Monitor performance against targets and take corrective actions when required.
